I will be making my music video with the song "The Night Is Still Young" by Nicki Manaj. I found this song to be best fitting for the setting I will have in my music video, I wanted to find an upbeat song to do this. 

• There are many different types of music different categories like genres and many other ways of categorizing them. My song "The Night Is Still Young" by Nicki Manaj fits into the genre of pop/rap. 
• Pop music, the songs are mainly cheerful and exciting. In the music videos, there is a significant amount of dancing and looking happy with friends, as well as the popular musician being recorded. Pop music is heavily centered on the performer. In these videos, for instance, there are many close-up shots of the artist. Since these artists are being filmed so closely, their appearance is crucial. When it comes to women 's fashion, their clothes are extremely eye-catching and unique. When it comes to men, their costume isn't as essential as their facial characteristics. 
• Rap music, the songs are typically upbeat and rhythmic. The artist will rap towards the camera, nearly as if addressing the viewers. It is common for them to also use mise-en-scene like money, guns, and similar things to those. The camera's mobility is utilized to pursue and detect the performer or group. Tilts, pans, tracking, are examples of camera movements. Panning and tracking are commonly utilized in these music videos to maintain up with the rhythm. • When I researched specifically on Nicki Manaj music videos her costumes were always very intricate and unique. Her hair is always done and in fun colors. I will make sure to incorporate all of these conventions in my music video.
